@pillarstudio - We are looking for as many fresh new designs as possible using the elements we have on each page. We are not changing the html so it is important each design sticks to those elements.

Hi Web Master - We dont currently have a logo, the logo should be no more then 280x190. Any template should be based around small size construction businesses. Electricians, Plumbers, Builders etc.. Thanks - Gavin
