This is my second book the first one is The Buzz Creating a Thriving and Collaborative Staff Learning Culture ( see cover on www.traceyezard.com).

I am after a cover that echoes the title of The Buzz, (ie big bold lettering for the word GLUE but not necessarily the images on the front. Although stylised figures are more the style I am after than realist photos. Strong colours and bold statement.

It is about teams that are able to thrive in the complexity of the fast paced and disruptive nature of the world today. 21st century tribes who connect fast to purpose and to each other.
