I prefer functioning site. The booking is being done in different website, but needs to collect emails for news letter, and forward the messages to me.

I appreciate your reply. Your current project on Design crowd is only for a non functioning design however we will provide you a functioning site once you select our design.
Well, I found that you are looking for some farsi section inclusion. Would you like to have a bilingual language website done?

Thanks Harry, Not necessarily bilingual, as most of our targeted clients are able to speak English. Only one tab if possible. Although is not a must have.

But no guarantee means not paid even if work hard..
