We currently make contact with a new client by phone and then email them information about our service, which is a one page description about how we can help them.

I would rather look more professional and send them a powerpoint presentation.
We currently send 50 emails each week.

Our logo and all company information is on our website, also there is testimonials from our current Clients which are known Australian brand names like the Commonwealth bank, Snap on Tools, The Senior's Choice, etc,

Please note i have just uploaded a pdf file today being 23/09/2013 at 4.10pm...this pdf file explains exactly how our service works and the cost and also includes a sample marketing message that is sent to a mobile phone from one of our clients. I believe this information should be in the powerpoint presentation,
