Feedback please

The HTML/CSS not required, but it will help.  It seems that all designers are only designing the home page and not the other pages.  I understand the need to minimize work since the project is not guaranteed.  However, it''s hard to decide when so many decides are similar and very similar to what is already on the site.  I realize that I asked for just a "facelift", but can some designers use more creativity, possibly change in size/placement of logo, navbar, style/placement of taglines, etc.  Thanks.
