Crooked Chimney (crookedchimney.com) is launching a new newsletter aimed at marketing professionals that have an interest in New Customer Centricity. Customer Centricity is something that may mean different things to different people, but here is how we define "New Customer Centricity" (in context):

CUSTOMER CENTRICITY is a marketing strategy focused on maximizing the CUSTOMER EQUITY (CE) of a firm. CE is the aggregation of CUSTOMER LIFETIME VALUE (CLV) across customers. CLV is the net present value of all future cash flows related to a CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER is the central economic unit of CUSTOMER CENTRICITY, the value of which is measured in terms of CLV. NEW CUSTOMER CENTRICITY is the application of CUSTOMER CENTRICITY with a modern focus on one-to-one relationships, real-time interactions, omni-channel experiences, and predictive analytics.

Our content to instill confidence as much of what we produce comes out of rigorously researched academic journals, but we also don't want it to come across as cold/rigid number crunching. We attempt to make highly technical analysis accessible, practical, and welcoming to a broader audience of forward-thinking marketers rather than intimidating.
