Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a established dental office recently relocated into a Office Tower building which where visibility is limited and finding location is a challenge.
We need a office brochure/flyer which we'll distribute in local area to attack new clients. The main areas I want cover are:

1. Name and staff picture
2. Services we provide
3. Doctors profile with picture
4, Why Us? section
5. Location ... address, map etc

Note: I want to be able change the pictures on an on-going basis as staff turnover is high. Would like the native image saved in .cdr (corel draw).

I am attaching 2 files:
1. word document I put together to get you started with content
2. color pallette file to show you our clinic colors (more green 60% burgunday 20% black 20%). I am however open to other colors or some variation of these colors.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• 1. Design flyer must be in double sided (8.5" x 11" sheet ) FOLDED once like pamphlet which gives 4 pages (4.25" x 5.5") each.
• 2. Dedicate back page to location picture, map (drawn, not google), address etc
• 3. Arial font.
• 4. Look and feel must be clean and professional
