Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for logo ideas regarding a new company based in Anchorage, Alaska called 'AK Frost'. We are a marijuana and marijuana products retailer. We want the logo to 'feel like' Alaska while also identifying us as a marijuana establishment . It is VITAL the following requirements are met:
1)Logo cannot be false or misleading
2) It cannot promote excessive consumption
3) It cannot represent that the use of marijuana has curative or therapeutic effects.
4) It cannot depict a person under 21 years of age consuming marijuana
5) It cannot include an object or character, including a toy, a cartoon character, or any other depiction designed to appeal to a person under 21 years of age, that promotes consumption of marijuana.

• We would like to see a crystallized marijuana leaf in the design. Not THC crystals, but ice crystals. LIke a cross between a leaf and a snowflake, yet is more than just a leaf with snow on it. It could be an element of the design or it could serve as the backdrop with the name in front of it.
