Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

hello.
need a design for webteamventures.com - small community of developers that create web sites, services and products in cooperation with entrepreneurs for free.
The main condition is that the venture should be a startup. Community has the right to reject the project if they dislike it. Their motivation is to help developing new great services and get share in business. It's a kind of angel investment on seed stage made by developers :)

It should be 1 page scrollable (paralax) website
You can find sections and the text at rough mockup attached. You can pick any colors and style, up to you. Images at mockup should be substituted with other ones (you have the right to use) or with icons. But they have to fit the idea of each section well. The position of the text the way it's placed can be also changed.
Basically anything can be implemented not like in mockup :) It was done just to explain the idea.

Please include simple minimalistic logo.
Design has to be responsive and look well from tablets and smartphones.
Please display how errors have to look line at the form in the bottom. Also result of form submission

Result has to in PSD with versions for tablet and smartphone + logo in separate file in PNG with transparent background.
