Poster-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking for a poster design with a pledge for my clients to take. The pledge will be to not use tanning beds. Our company is a Spray Tanning Salon that focuses on educating our clients on the dangers of indoor tanning while offering a safe alternative through spray tanning. I have an outline of a possible wording but I am VERY open to adjustments on it!
This is not a promotional poster. This is a poster that will be hanging in the salon and our clients will sign around the wall.
