Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a new logo for an established investment portfolio solutions company, Proactive Portfolios, whose products are all designed to achieve clients investment return objectives within their risk parameters.
Our current logo is outdated and does not highlight our emphasis of being PROACTIVE. I have uploaded the current logo and colour palette plus our parent company logo (PHAROS) which we would like to base this new logo off. I came up with a very rough mock up which I have attached for you. We want the word PROACTIVE to stand out and we want to keep to the same colour palette as per the current logo. We would like to incorporate the star in the letter A for the word PROACTIVE and we are thinking this could be in the teal colour instead of a gold but are happy to see some suggestions from you.
