Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We need a logo design for an enterprenur company based in Guatemala, called Batz Bags. We are staring to sale 100% handmade purses. Our bags combine Maya huipils and are finished with leather details. Hupils are handmade fabric, woven with colorfull patterns and using ancient techniques. These characteristics made each purse has a unique design.
Some reference ideas are:
-B´atz´ meaning : it is a mayan word wich means "thread". The thread of time. The thread of destiny. In that thread is where are written all weather events and the history of mayan people. Batz 'is also the thread or umbilical cord, so it meand the thread of life. Batz 'also is the thread that is woven in mayan clothes, specialy, in the beautiful huipil blouses that identifying mayan people and where is draw their story.
- The logo will be stamped on a circular leather piece, aprox of a diameter of 1.5 inches. That means the design have to be simple, so everytime is stamped the lines are easily distinguish and the design can be clearly seen.
- The design could have any or a cobination of these ideas:
1- Hidden meaning
2- Combination of letters.
3- Abstract symbol
4-Could play with the idea of Batz: timeless, thread
5- Inspired from the idea of a elegance, unique, trendy
This ideas are not listed by priority.
