We need a logo design for a new apparel company based on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. Our company was started with the idea of giving people the opportunity to show their pride for where their from by wearing it on their sleeve. Our goal is to help people feel connected with their west coast roots and island lifestyle from anywhere around the world. Our brand and apparel lines are fashion forward, with fresh designs and colours that blend the worlds of streetwear casual and up-scale fashion. With a focus on design and manufacturing we need a logo that is clean, simple and a match to our high quality clothing. Our target audience is males and females ages 16-35 that are looking for premium clothing with a brand style that is modern, with a good balance between sophisticated and playful. We’d like to incorporate the geographic shape of Vancouver Island or the province of BC into the logo if possible. Island life apparel is a projection of our personal lifestyles, culture and homeland and the logo needs to reflect this as it will be displayed on everything from shirts and sweaters to hats and socks.
