Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
Hi, I'm just starting up a business called 'Black Box Engineering'. I'm involved mostly in the design of mechatronic systems (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mechatronic ). This means that whlist I predominately work with 3D CAD packages to produce mechanical designs I also am involved in electrical and software engineering.
I chose the name for the business as a black box is a concept in engineering where the particular inner workings of a sub-system are ignored and only the inputs and outputs are considered (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_box ).
If possible I would like the logo to reflect both this concept as well as the multifaceted nature of mechatronic engineering (mechanical, electrical and software).

Hello All,
Most designers seem to be incorporating some of the
elements suggested in the brief, either the electrical and mechanical
components or the concept of a black box which is good to see. I've been
a little bit light on the feedback as I'm not entirely sure what I want
and am keen to see what different designers' creativity can come up
with unguided.
I will say that I seem to be leaning more towards the
designs with a bit of depth such as submissions by ArtSamurai, Naavyd,
Jalal, Mr. Arie, AGD, Atvento Graphics, CDG etc. I am also enjoying the
couple of designs that have a sort of visual trick to them such as
submissions by AGD, Jalal and CDG
I'm going to extend the deadline by a couple of days (from Friday back to Monday) due to this feedback being so late in the game. I also want to get some input from colleagues, friends and family over the weekend as well.
