Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a brand based in Sweden called Nordic Cut.

Nordic Cut sell base products (e.g. underwear and socks) and accessories (e.g. phone accessories, shoe care boxes, card case, watch stand etc) for men age 22-35. Or in other words, the things a bachelor might need or want to improve and add style to his everyday life.

The name "Nordic Cut" means that all our products are designed with a "Nordic Cut" (Nordic feel). Just like a suit might be made with an Italian cut. Our interpretation of Nordic Design (or Nordic Cut, if you will) is Modern Minimalism mainly using soft/brushed colors with possibly a small, colorful/"fun" or stylish detail. The products we sell will all be produced with the above design principals and of better quality. When you hold one of our products you will be bale to feel that they are well made and will last. They feel "sturdy" and robust. That being said our price positioning will be between H&M and a mid-range brand like CK.

We appreciate original logo ideas that portraits our design/product values in a subtle way.

We need to logo in two versions, one containing a Graphical Element + the name Nordic Cut and the second only having the Graphical Element (could be same as first version, or a simplified version of it). The first one will be used on our website, boxes etc and can be more detailed. While the second will be used for smaller prints (e.g. the tag on a pair of underwear).

The finished logo should be delivered in psd format.
