Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are an optometry (eye doctor) practice. We are looking for a logo that is simple, crisp, and professional. 2 or 3 colors max; blue, green, orange, grey, We are open to creativity. Abstract concepts are welcome. Not a must, but preferred for logo to easily embroidered on a polo style shirt.

I have rated the concepts that I like the most. Please feel free to create logos that elaborate on those concepts. I like all caps letters. I like the concept of an abstract eye rather than an "obvious" eye. I really like the idea of having a stand alone icon (for example, an emblem that can be used on a polo shirt or the back of a business card) that can also be used in conjunction with the business name.
