Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for my newly founded company.

- I do management consulting work in the areas of lean management and operational performance improvement, conflict coaching, organisational setup/design and quite a bit of facilitation and workshop planning in terms of strategy or conflict resolution.
- so there are 3 main aspects in all this - one is strategic and organisational setup, two is improving performance sustainably and 3 is conflict resolution. also in order to improve organisation you have to deal with a lot of technology these days so I´m always working on that man-machine interface.
-all 3 aim to improve organisations and processes, dealing with people, becoming more sustainable...
- the colours I would like to use are dark blue and orange but if you have a better idea, I´m open for suggestions.
-The logo doesn't need to have SC&C in it but it can of course.

so that is all I can think of at the moment but I´m open to your questions of course. I look forward to getting getting great ideas, although my budget is quite limited... Best, Nadja
