Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

To design a stylish logo for a new website called HoneymoonStyle.com OR honeymoon.style.

Our site is still under construction but the basic site is live. Our site provides honeymoon packages, exclusive offers, reviews and articles for couples planning their luxurious romantic trip away.

As inspiration, our initial idea was to incorporate the attached palm tree image with the sun behind it but also open to using other images associated with style, romance and luxury (sunglasses, suitcases, airplane etc). The wording Honeymoon Style must also be included. A strong image could also be used as a standalone logo too.

The logo needs to fit within the colour scheme, be neat and swayed towards high style and luxury.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• An image or symbol plus brand name that is also mobile. One or two colours would be most impactful and user-friendly.
• A strong image that would be potentially used alone without wording in other collateral.
• Logo Specs
• Format needs to be unrasterized psds with layers so that they can be easily resized and converted to png or jpg format.
• Png format is also preferred so enable background transparency.
• Preference not to have many design elements above and under text. Wider aspect ratio is preferred. See attached black and white image as guide.
• Palm tree in the black box (black box is just there to indicate layout, it shouldn't be filled in as black) on the left.
• 2) Text on the right. Maybe want to play with having all the text on one or two lines?
• 3) Our text is long (our name is long) so we will have a higher aspect ratio: maybe 4:1 to 5:1
• Notes:
• It would be nice to have vectors for the palm in PSD's, as we can use it for icons (for favicon.ico and even throughout the site). Would be nice if palm tree is 1:1 aspect ratio as icons tend to be square. Could be used as an app icon too.

Schön zu haben

• A strong logo design which emulates high end, luxury, elegance and is fresh and modern.

Sollte nicht haben

• Nothing tacky or similar to other honeymoon or travel website logos. This is something completely different and we want the logo to really showcase the luxury side of honeymoon experiences.
