Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are an internet agendy in holland and we outsource alot of our work.
Thats isnt always known. But now we want to launch a new label where clients can choose there own developer in the mosk known software frames like magento, wp, typo3, drupal, laravel etc.

We will select the best in the business and every developer comes with a project manager. So client can connect directly with the developer but still the work is checked by us and project is managed by us aswell in dutch. So if english isnt great, they an just do in dutch.

We want a creative but still a professional style site, so they arent dealing with an amateur organization.

We only want the psd, the rest of the coding we would do outselves. Or if you have coders aswell, we could add that as extra order.
Also there are some extra pages, we will pay for that later extra with the designer thats picked.

Update:

We are getting very outdated design unfortanetely and very poorly worked out layouts.

To make it bit easier maybe it would be easier to use this theme as a basis:

We attached the theme aswell to this brief.
Maybe it would be better to customize this existing brief instead of making a totally new deisgn. Cause the custom design which are shown arent really up to standard im afraid.
We are getting really standard layout which arent really thought out, looks to much like copy paste work.

We need a clean but cool design and that hasnt been shown yet to us unfotanetely.
We havent seen any better layouts then this theme within this contest.

Often the desired sections are missing aswell:

Overview of developers, we can show a short number of developers displayed and then with a link show all devs, we can show the rest.

The how does it work section.
Also that section is integrated in this theme, but that can be more customized and look bit more neat, cause now the steps are to far apart and not well connected with eachother.

Work side by side with your developer
together with our project manager

5.
We use tools like Skype, Asana, Mail to get the work done
fast and within deadline.
