We need a logo for a new Center of Excellence named "Center for Functional Genomics and Tissue Plasticity", acronym "ATLAS"
ATLAS takes genomic approaches to understand the plasticity of different cell types in adipose tissue and liver. We use genetically modified mouse models and high throughput sequencing of specific cell populations and single cells to understand how cells respond to different metabolic challenges in their natural tissue context.
