Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a Business consulting firm based in Queensland, Australia. Our business has recently undergone a name change from 28 Degrees Consulting (current logo attached) to MnM Business Solutions. I have attached a very rough draft of a potential logo. We are business people that use IT as a tool to assist Medium sized organisations improve their business. The design should use the following colours Blue PMS 306 and Yellow PMS 130. The design should be positive, innovative and smart like me ;-)
