Looking for different looks on a logo for a new home community that will open early part of 2017. The community name is "Domani" (Italian word meaning "Tomorrow" which for our target audience represents "adventure, travel, freedom and fun.) is being built in the Palm Springs, California area, which is located in the desert region of California, about 100 miles East of Los Angeles....This community is being built as an "Active Adult" community, meaning that it is "age" restricted for people 55 years or older. Key word though, is "active".....These are not home buyers looking to sit around all day and watch TV.....They are active in golf, swimming, tennis, bicycle riding, etc.......The buyer profile of these new homes is an upscale, financially well-off, mostly retirees from colder climates of the United States and Canada, that are looking for a "winter" home to spend 4-6 months in the warm desert climate that is Palm Springs. The homes being built have a "Tuscan" style of architecture to them.....All the homes are "single-family", detached style homes......The logo will be used on brochures, newspaper ads, stationery, etc...so it has to work well in both large and small environments.
