Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Brief: Design a double sided DL brochure to advertise my real estate agency sales service. I like to look different from our competitors who are typically corporate look real estate agents.
The brochure will be delivered to houses located in a high quality, housing estate surrounded by a Marina (i.e. Yachts, boardwalks, ocean)

The design should communicate retro./nostalgia with a coastal/yachting marina theme and creative use of typography. Illustrations/illustrative style is encouraged.
