Equity, diversity, and inclusion in the arts and non profit field is a vital issue. E.Q.= offers day-long and multi-day training for boards and staff of non profits of all size, nationally, and internationally.

• My design must be interesting, should have crisp colors, look sharp, show creativity, have a modern feel, and at the same time look professional.

Schön zu haben

• It would be nice to have a card designed on the vertical rather than horizontal, with the logo centered and copy above and below. But I'm not married to this idea.
