We are a new company in Brisbane Australia. We are real estate agents starting a new business " Certified Ready to Sell", we provide a service to home sellers to help and manage the process of getting their property ready for sale. We will do a sales appraisal, have a building and pest inspection done and also fund work needed to refresh the property, (eg: paint or carpet or general tidyup.) We also check smoke alarms and pool certificates to ensure the home meats all the government requirements. We then issue them with a certification certificate and their home is ready to sell.

• Must have blue as one of the colours used, others could be bright green or orange.
• We want it to look like a company seal but in the shape of a house so people can recognize we are certifying the house ready to sell. .
