i notice in your brief, you list the name of the property as "BELIZEAN COVE ESTATE"
but in the link you provided (where you mention you liked the type treatment) it reads "BELIZEAN COVE ESTATES"

so in the piece i submitted i used "ESTATES"

hope that was the right choice ; )
