is it a manual sketch in pencil or in computer drawings

I don't mind how the image is created, but I want it to look like a free-flowing drawing, not obviously computer generated with perfect gradients and curves.

The baby could be in a cradle, but probably better in one of the parent’s arms.
The idea is the parents are both exhausted/tired/asleep but the baby is wide awake.
It needs to be clearly a baby, not a toddler.
