Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need to design a logo for my new cafe the name of the cafe is

nineteen91

As in 1991

I would like incorporate the following elements:

- retro
- rustic
- hipster
- clean logo (no bright colours)
- symmetrical
- icons which clearly show coffee beans, cake slice or dessert icon and a Shisha pipe (hookah)

i would like clean and classy icons not in your face or colourful, however i do not want clipart, i want an icon which shows detail of the item

The cafe is a local coffee shop, dessert bar and Shisha lounge. It is a very clean and classy place with a industrial fit out with brick walls etc so I want a logo to match.

The logo should have the cafe name and also have est 1991 mentioned in small text somewhere on the logo.
