Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Flyer Contest Brief - We need a series of 3 templates to market and communicate our company’s leadership development program, using our corporate design elements. All 3 templates should have similar style, color, and elements --- but be noticeably different.

Template #1 – We need one template to communicate the Program Overview. It will include sections such as: learning objectives, descriptions about the online classes, a summary of required project, and the goals and purpose of the program

Template #2 – We need one template to communicate the details of an “Opening Event”. This template should include sections such as: Event location, event time, flight and hotel recommendations, event agenda, etc.

Template #3 - We need one template to communicate the details of an “Closing/Graduation Event”. This template should include sections such as: Event location, event time, flight and hotel recommendations, event agenda, etc.

Usage: We will edit and use the flyers to communicate our program, update information in the flyer and email the flyer to participants with each new class.

Our corporate design elements: Please refer to the attached PowerPoint file that includes a logo for the program, called ADAPT, and the purple brand color used for the program.

Size: Each template should be 8.5 x 11 inches

Look And Feel: Bold, Modern, Professional

File Type: Because I will edit, I need the flyer to be created in Microsoft Publisher or PowerPoint.

About the Program: The program is called ADAPT. It stands for Advanced Development And Planned Transition. This program is a high profile executive leadership course that lasts for approximately 5 months. Participants attend a live opening event and a live closing / graduation event. Over the course of 5 months the coursework includes: attending online classrooms, regional meetings, e-Learning classes, and manage a project. It is an exclusive program for high profile professional speakers, and it's important for the flyer to be engaging, professional, and clean. 

I will need to be able to make small edits back and forth with the successful designer in order to get it just-right. This may only be possibly 2-3 rounds of edits.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• I must be able to edit all elements of the 3 templates. Therefore, it must be in PowerPoint or Publisher. The designs must use our logo and our purple brand color.

Schön zu haben

• It would be nice if the designer used the colors provided in the PowerPoint file. It would be nice to see icons used creatively.

Sollte nicht haben

• Design should not have fancy text or use pictures of people.
