Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

My real estate development company named as "AIPL" is developing a project named as "Joy Central" which will be an Equal Mix of Retail and Corporate Office tower..The project shall be named as "AIPL Joy Central". We want to have a Logo designed which symbolizes the Zest of Retail and at the same time is in synergy with the Corporate office character. The project name 'Joy Central' should be the more prominent part of the Logo and 'AIPL' just a less prominent prefix. Please refer to the attached sample logos of a few of our other projects.

Byline : The logo Aipl JoyCentral should have a Byline in small font saying "Where it all happens"

Reference Logos showing how AIPL logo may be merged with the project Logo and the placement of Byline are attached.
