Thank you all for submitting a first round of logos. After examining them I have a better idea of what I don't want and a little bit more of what I do.

No cheesy obvious designs like a BBQ with utensils unless abstract
No overly fat puffy fonts
Initial color scheme is being removed as I'm not necessarily sold on the colors

Am liking the modern look more
Can use Q PLUS ONE or Q + ONE or Q + 1
I will be working on attaching logos I like which I should have done in the first place.
