We need a new logo for an internet-based service which will organise arbitration of property disputes between separating and divorcing couples.
Many couples have an association with more than one country. For example, the husband is French and the wife is Argentinian. They married in London. They have lived most of their married life in Paris and Los Angeles. They own assets in those two cities. Which country should they begin court proceedings in? France? Argentina? California, USA?
The service will appoint an arbitrator, such as a retired judge, from a neutral country to decide the dispute about which country should hear the case.
