The prize money is good for 2/3 page PSD designing with HTML only no more....

Also no payment guarantee means not paid even if work very hard...
please think again about this as this is no fair deal for any designer so how can I work on this??

Your feedback is greatly appreciated. It depends on how you look at it. If you create your design from scratch you are correct on the prize money, but since the template/code/info is already being provided to you. you as well as any designer that looks at this can make adaptations to the base template and cut your creative time in half. It is all a matter of perspective on how you would like to approach this
Whether it 2 pages or 3 pages or 20 pages that anyone is able to provide they will all be looked at evenly. Since you have stated this, I will move the amount of pages to the "nice to have" category.

In reference to the no payment guarantee, this contest is open to multiple entries. You if you decide to do so (and I hope you will) will be part of a group of skilled designers working to gain our trust and appreciation for your expertise. With that being said there is a possibility that no one is picked from the initial batch. Though I don't see that being the case, whether we guarantee it or not your efforts if not selected will go unrewarded.

This is a possible reality that we all face when trying to achieve or go after something we are passionate about. You and every designer shouldn't stop at looking at this as a pay day, but as an opportunity to show case your abilities and to be seen. In my opinion that is worth more. I will leave that choice up to you. If you would like to limit your work to only a monetary level then that is your choice, and I wish you all the best. If you would like to put your creativity into the design hat in a chance to be picked, then I welcome as well as thank you in advance for the time you put forward. This is directed to you and anyone else that will read this. Please understand something on our About us page we will not only credit the designer, but we will also thank Design Crowd. Our intentions are to find our new site here. We are confident it will happen, but the only way it will happen is with people like yourself putting in effort to get us to there.
