Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I want a design for my consulting company. The company helps new people get hired as a firefighter in North America. My company is a Canadian company so would like a hint of Canadian in the logo even just a simple maple leaf Included somewhere. A modern design that will attract people of all ages. I would like the design to be clean and professional but stand out in some way. The company is about hiring firefighters so I would like the logo to include some firefighter related images. Again something clean and simple that can stand out. The company will be geared towards everyone of all ages however the majority of customers will most likely be younger. So a clean modern design to attract a younger audience. I would like it to have some fire fighter ties in the logo so people know it is a company for helping future firefighters get hired.
