Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I currently have a logo as shown. I have lost the original high resolution file and would like a designer to create a new logo, or modify based on the existing one, it's your professional call for what's best.

Few things I want to explore:

1. New colour schemes - good for report/chart/ppt templates (possibly two colours, you decide how many, not too dark, EY's colour scheme is a bad example) - colours should give clients a "fresh/clean" feeling - the selected designer will also work on the stationary with the same colour scheme.

2. A more square shaped looking logo (now it is too long horizontally) - or the non-text part itself is square in shape and informative enough to be used alone. (The logo itself doesn't need to be square, only similar length horizontally/perpendicularly - i.e. square) - to be used later on business cards or web tabs.

3. Has to be a flat design (no 3d)

4. Possibly with some statistics or data analytics focused feature.

5. My business is a management consulting practice that focuses on data analytics and BI, but also engages business facilitation, research commercialisation, and scientific research. So hopefully something "scientific" theme as well.

6. It is your call whether the logo includes the whole business name or just part of it (i.e. I accept all things like SciTek, SciTek Consulting, scitek, etc., make up your own suggestions and let me know what is the best.)
