Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

This is from my client who is looking for a logo.

Shawn, Frank drew up the attached file and likes it or simple black cursive writing on white background. I personally would throw in a building maybe, a city high rise with VERT going up or down. Our theme has always been that we are a small flexible professional company that self manages our own properties. We have the knowledge, resources, and professionalism people like in a large company but with the flexibility and caring response of a small family owned business. Frank is worried if we put a building in there that it will be tough for letterheads or business cards, I will see what the designers come up with.

**these guys manage properties in Philadelphia PA and NJ plus surrounding suburbs. As you read above, they want to keep it simple but possibly have a building in there that represents what they do. Hope this is clear enough.

They uploaded their card they have now called Berkshire Properties. They would also like to see the current logo with the new name simple like they have it now too.
