Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

The name of my company is Scatmandu. My tagline is 'Cultivating Global Opportunities'. I am going to link North America's exploding cannabis industry with Europe's potential industry by creating a business bridge of sorts. The trick is that I need a design for a cannabis company that does not specifically reference cannabis or have the cannabis leaf. I would like to be able to venture beyond cannabis if needed, but my business is laser focused on this industry currently. My concept is to create a business hub for the American cannabis industry in Europe with the intent of doing this globally in multiple regions in the future. When I made my business cards recently through Vista Print, I chose a stock image of a globe being wrapped up by a plant. I thought it was just subtle enough and went along with the tag line of 'Cultivating Global Opportunities'. I also would not mind if the logo had something to do with the pre and post synapses, or the CB1 and CB2 receptors. I like clean/sleek minimalist design. I also have a thing for line art if done well. Please feel free to ask questions. Go crazy. Be creative and I look forward to seeing what you come up with.
