WordPress-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a clean, modern, website design for EQ- a national consulting firm providing equity, diversity, and inclusion training, through the lens of undoing racism, for arts and culture, and the non profit industry. It will feature both written posts, and some video. People will need EQ contact information, and subscribe to receive information. It will feature a pretty active blog, and a section for resources, with links to other sites. There needs to be a section about EQ,its training, approach, and bio Information. I probably should have put this first!

I want a site that draws people in. That is interesting and dynamic. My approach to this work is to provide people with the information, knowledge, and tools they need to go back to their communities and do the work. So they are at the center of the story. And I like powerful imagery. It could also be pretty.

The idea of undoing racism is a big idea. It is powerful, heroic even. And thousands of people in the US are working hard to do just that. So there is a sense of movement building here, of connecting to something important.

I already have a logo design that was done through a contest here last month.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Must have dynamic powerful imagery, be clean and easy to navigate, support concept of story telling, good use of color, be inviting, draw people in to learn when they see it first time. The ability to update photos, and videos easily. Connect to social media, especially Facebook and LinkedIn.

Schön zu haben

• It would be nice to have a website that uses more images than words to tell stories. I don't know enough about what's possible in website design to add more to this section.

Sollte nicht haben

• Should not look like we are selling products, or services even but, rather, providing essential information and knowledge to help people make this world a better place for more people.
