Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I started a "concept" idea of a logo. It is a blend between a peacock and a medusa. The peacock symbolizes integrity and medusa is for medicine. I want the logo for letter heads, business cards and to and be used in with my website, www.integritypaincare.com
It should match in colors and portray " Honest Care with Knowledge and Reliability".
I would like some part of the name, perhaps INTEGRITY or entire name, placed somewhere on top/bottom/around/circling around the logo. The grey color should be switched to a shade of blue, but not too bold colors.
If some better idea comes to be, please feel free to submit that as well. I want it to stand out
