Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am trying to communicate a new way of thinking about health and fitness and looking for a logo design that can communicate 2 messages:

1. You must manage 4 key areas in your life (fitness, nutrition, sleep, and stress) if you want to get fit, lean, etc..
*maybe just four of something to represent the number but don't have to be specific to the category*

2. Use an adaptive lifestyle approach. Integrate tools, practices, and hacks from these 4 areas of your life throughout each day. Master fundamentals, always get better, and stay flexible so you can adapt to the world as it changes.

Precision Nutrition Logo - Love the color and font
Demoto logo - love the colors and style of logo, but I know this guy so it cant be too similar in style.
If it has a character, I prefer figures that are more realistic like my old logo vs the pointy arm and leg figure like
