Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We want a new logo for our company named marassinaperu. The name Marassina comes from the females of the little village Maras in Peru. The special salt mine (salineras) with is special salt pontons is located near Maras in Peru. The special Inca kitchen and bathsalt is our main product what we are selling. We thought of the gold color because of the Incas (the acient andean civilization that used to live around this area) and some influences of the pontons (salt terasses). Explanation salt harvesting proces:
The salt comes from inside of a mountain (at around 3000m asl) with a warm stream of water and is guided trough little rivers to the terasses. When the terasses are full they block the supply and the sun dries out the water and the light pinky kitchen salt remains. From the bottom they take the bath salt which has a more darker brown color. It's all hand harvested by the owners of the pontons, who mostly are families from Maras. This proces of salt harvesting is going on since the time of the Incas.

We already have some designs but we are not totally convinced that one of these should be our logo. Looking forward to your ideas!
