Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo and color/design scheme for a company that will do small to medium-sized business automation from the cloud. I'm looking for a modern but professional motif that I can use across my marketing footprint. I might follow up with projects to do web design, standard clipart and other things. Note: The name of the company is Egilant (not eligant or eligant solutions). The tagline "Eligant Solutions for the Agile Enterprise" is just that, a tag line and if there's a way to include it in the design that's great, but it's not necessary.
