Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hello! Thanks for taking the time to consider helping us with our logo! Our company is looking to change the way traditional financial planning is done by helping people avoid "guessing" at the future, and instead focus on removing threats which cause failure. If the causes of failure can be removed, success is assured in some form. Our company name is Paradigm Shift Financial, since we're trying to change the way people think about finance, and our tagline is "Own Your Income". If possible, we'd like to see these incorporated into the logo - probably below it or to the right side. We really like the idea of hands holding a "money tree", either the tree having dollar-like leaves or the soil being coins. The hands could also be both holding the tree or one above and one below. I'm including pictures that I like as reference points for the above, but it doesn't need as much detail.
