Can you tell me the size of the flyer and is it one sided or two sided?

I just got a first design on one page and it looks too busy. Probably need to spread over 2-4 pages

yes to both. All the text should be positioned on the flyer/brochure. Based on the amount of content and supporting images I assume we might need more than 2 pages.
