Magazin-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We have a book that describes the value of the team. Each value is illustrated through stories told by the team members (5 to 6 per value).
The purpose of the 'value book' is for every new team members to read it and be inspired by it. It's also a reference of existing team members.
The value book will be displayed in public areas in the company. Any employees from other teams can pick it up and read it, and hopefully embrace the values described in the book.

We would like the value book to have a professional, minimalist design with fresh colors. When people pick it up, we want them to feel curious and think 'what is this magazine?' and when they open it, we want them to go through each pages because they are so beautiful by design.
