Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I have a basic logo but am not happy with it and am not a designer to come up with ways to make it better.
The font is Peaches and Cream and has to stay that way for the name "twins r us" but can change for the slogan "don't buy two, buy made for two". On my website the slogan font is in Corben font.

I like the existing logo somewhat but like I said I feel it can be improved upon so feel free to do what you can to lift it to the next level.
This will be on my website, merchandise etc so needs to be able to be applied to more areas than just the website. I'd also like a negative of the logo so I can place it on a dark background as well.

The logo colour is navy (41 64 87 rgb)
and I have a peach colour (255 143 122 rgb) that could be used if you need another colour. If a third colour is needed there is a teal (0 177 176 rgb) that can be used but I'd prefer not to.

I'd like to keep the logo somewhat clean and vintage looking without images. No images of babies or mother and baby. I've uploaded a symbol that I like but not sure it can be incorporated well into the logo. If you can make it work and it looks good then feel free to submit otherwise it's no big deal if it doesn't work with the existing logo.

Please do not submit the same design but on different applications ie. clothing, letterheads, reception signs etc.
Or the same design with just one element moved to a different position.
