Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for our new software start up company. The company is called "Clarity" and the tag line is "Multi Location Platform". We provide a software solution for multi location medical/clinic/spa businesses. The project requires the logo with our company name and tag line. It also requires two further versions with the only difference been the tag line. I have uploaded an example of a logo I created myself (but my business partners did not like it) as well as the image that shows the relationship of the three logos.
