I am establishing the brand and it must be modern, professional but also relaxed; that is not formal and not corporate. It represents a company are leaders, but small enough to care and operate like a bunch of friends. We are bringing people and conversations back to business, and turfing out all the bureaucracy and crazy and wasteful procedures. Its about "lets talk and figure it out together and find even better ways".

• I want a colour rich design with my brand colours, but it must be balanced.
• I want more modern than traditional, but simple modern
