Podcast-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We'd like a podcast graphic for a project entitled, "The Humboldt Lighthouse." The graphic will need to be functional--easy to read and relevant--in itunes in all sizes which it will appear on screen. The project is founded by two business men hoping to spread the light of hope by giving commentary on their personal spiritual awakenings and their own journeys. Additionally, we'll be discussing politics, religion, science, art, philosophy, and current events at a scholarly, yet entertaining level.

The design should play on the notion of radiance and illumination, but does not require a picture of an actual lighthouse. The imagery can be cosmic, spiritual, indian, simple, or otherwise. See the attached images for ideas, but do not feel bound to them. I will choose the winning design based on what feels right.

File dimensions and types must adhere to current itunes standards.

Schön zu haben

• Personally, I love the conception of the yin and the yang. I often think of polarities between light and dark, good and evil, right and wrong, and of how we can learn to move past these dichotomies and simply learn to "be" in this world.
• I would consider designs that use lotus flowers or designs reminiscent of mandala or chakra art.

Sollte nicht haben

• I'm not interested in having a picture of a lighthouse. However, there could be a picture of a light or a torch.
