Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a new start up company in fast growing home watch industry. We provide services in Hawaii so the design needs to be reflect that. Our web site can give you overview of what we do - www.hawaiihalewatch.com. We will service clients that own second homes in Hawaii. These properties are not necessarily income producing properties for our clients. I'm looking for 2 or 4 page brochure which will be used to market our services to potential new clients. It needs to be high quality, modern with slight Hawaiian feel (we are based on Oahu). I'm not looking for a trifold type of brochure.

We are open to various colors based on what the designer might suggest but as you can see on our home page - the main picture of the home on our site has lots of red and white which we like as well as the "head" or dot above the "i" in our logo is red. I was not able to upload the file of the main house (purchased on istockphoto) on here therefore I'll have to provide the original photo to the selected designer at the later time. For now I just uploaded the not purchased copy.

If you have other questions please do let me know. And lastly, I will be looking to create a business card and post card as well.
